- Information You Provide to Us

Refund Policy
We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchasing experience on our website, therefore we’re happy to send a replacement or refund in special cases, such as:
- Products are not received
- Received wrong products
- Duplicated transactions made
Products Not Received
Once your product is delivered, we will share you a tracking code to track your delivery. In average, our customers usually receive their products within 3-5 days.
If you’ve not receive your products after 5 days starting from the delivery date, please check the status of your delivery status using the given tracking code, or contact us through our website. Upon confirmation with the shipping company that the product is lose while delivering, we will proceed to send you a replacement for the same product.
Received Wrong Products
If you’ve received wrong products (receiving different items from what you’ve purchased on the website), please report to our Customer Support team within 48 hours from the date of delivery. If a report is made after 48 hours, the claim will be automatically rejected by our Warehouse team. Kindly have the following information submitted with your report and email them to rubyloo_0901@outlook.com or contact us through our support channels (Facebook, WhatsAPP):
- Order Number
- Clear Photos of the received goods and box it came with
Once the claim is approved, you will pay for the return shipping of the product to our shop address indicated at the end of this page, alternatively, you can drop-off your item at our shop. Once the returned product is received and checked, The Aura Place Enterprise will schedule the delivery of your product within 5 working days.
If you return Product to us (a) without informing us in advanced or (b) without all parts included in the original package or (c) the product is not in it’s original condition; The Aura Place Enterprise retains the right to either refuse delivery of such return or refuse replacement or refund.
Damaged Products
Due to the nature of our products, it will react to the energy around you. Our bottled products will be wrapped thoroughly with several layers of bubble wraps, and the product’s bottles are thick enough to withstand a normal fall, therefore your products are well protected when being shipped to you.
In some cases, your product may be broken or found with cracks (upon received or during usage), this is because of the energy reactions. Therefore, we do not provide refund or replacement for damaged products. To learn more about our products, please contact us for consultation.
Refund Method
If a refund request is approved, the refund will be made in the same form of payment originally used to make the purchase.
If the original payment is made via cash, the customer can provide their bank details which the refunded amount will be transferred into it.
Delivery
If delivery is requested when purchasing, we’ll deliver your products through third-party shipping companies, this include but not limited to POS Malaysia Berhad or Skynet Worldwide (M) Sdn. Bhd.,to the address provided by you. The time to receive your products depend on the delivery address and the shipping companies, usually it will take 3-7 days. Unforeseen circumstances might further delay this, such as area lockdown, new shipping restriction policy due to COVID-19, etc.
We will not take any responsibility if the purchased product is not received due to incorrect address given.
